Reserve your appointment with a card

A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment!   

This is for all client's and every service. 

 (If you call and schedule your appointment you are still Required to provide A credit or debit card.  

 

(New Clients Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out paperwork.  

(Running late we are unable to accommodate you 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. 

(Please call our office if running late no call will result in a missed appointment fee. 

Cancellation policy

Cards will not be charged unless appointments are canceled without proper notice or clients don’t arrive to a scheduled appointment. All cancelations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of service price. Rescheduling an appointment with less then 48 hour notice is deemed as a cancelation and will be processed as such. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result a 100% charge of service. (Clients scheduling an appointment with a valid Groupon and who cancel or don’t attend appointment will be charged cancellation/no-show fee.)

 If card is unable to be processed client will receive a invoice this invoice must be paid before being able to reschedule!  The spa needs to pay its therapists even if a client is a “no-show”. This policy allows us to retain great employees. 

(If you are sick or have been around someone with COVID-19 symptoms please cancel your appointment.)  please note that our cancellation policy we need a minimum, 48-hour notice for last minute cancellations.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within seven days of your appointment. 

Tardiness Policy: If you are running late to your appointment please call or text if you know you will be late and please also keep in mind your service will not be extended if you're late in order to move on to the next appointment should this happen, your service will be charged in full. 

If we receive no call and you are more then 10-minutes late you will considered a missed appointment and will result in a fee.  

 

APPOINTMENTS SHORTER THAN 30 MINUTES DO NOT HAVE A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE HERE BEFORE OR AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, SAME CHARGES WILL APPLY. 

   

We ask that all of our clients understand that we are a small business and we respect" your time so please respect our time & cancellation policy.  

 

Purchased a Groupon? 

To reserve a appointment with us A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment!  

Clients scheduling an appointment with a valid Groupon and who cancel or don’t attend appointment will be charged cancellation/no-show fee.) 

If Clients card is not able to be processed this will result in a redeemed Groupon Packages will result in loss of one service!   

Groupon can be purchased only one time per client New clients only we do not accept any additional Groupon purchases please contact the spa for any special offers and subscribe to our Email list to receive monthly special offers and discounts. 

 

 Groupon Packages cannot be split between people.

 We are not responsible for any Refunds when purchased through Groupon you must contact Groupon directly.

COVID-19 SPA POLICY UPDATES

It’s important that all our clients know what we are doing to keep them safe during and after COVID-19.

Because of the nature of our work, Skin Sational Spa has always practiced OSHA’s “Universal Precautions” to protect against infection control. This involves specific protocols for masks, gloves, handwashing, cleaning and disinfecting, sanitation, and other disease prevention controls.  

  

As a result of the coronavirus, we’ve revised some policies and implemented additional mandatory protocols and procedures for the safety of our clients and staff and to comply with state mandates.

By booking an appointment at Skin Sational Spa, you agree to abide by the following policies and protocols. 

PLANNING YOUR VISIT

All visiting clients will fill out the COVID-19 Questionnaire on the day of their appointment prior to the service.

You may bring a sealed drink container to your appointment. We request that you please take it with you when you leave.

Please do not bring anyone in with you to your appointment, including children, friends or relatives. We are following strict social distancing guidelines to keep clients and staff safe.

If you are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, have a low-grade fever, have been traveling or if you have been exposed, we respectfully require that you move your appointment to at least 14 days after you have been symptom-free.

Please bring minimal personal items to the Spa. We encourage you to leave your bags/personal items in your car. 

 

ARRIVING AT SKIN SATIONAL SPA

If our door is locked . When you arrive for your appointment, please remain outside the building until we text or call you to come in.

Only one to two customers can be within the spa’s common areas.

We are observing non-contact greetings and goodbyes.

 If you have a temperature, we will have you reschedule.

You will be asked to wash your hands with warm soapy water for 20 seconds upon arriving, prior to your appointment.

If you prefer, bring clean disposable gloves with you and put them on after coming into the spa and dispose prior to leaving. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

A mask must be worn covering the nose and mouth while inside our building. Please arrive with your mask on. If you do not have one, we will provide you with one for a nominal fee. If you choose not to wear a mask, we will unfortunately be unable to serve you. 

DURING YOUR VISIT

We have hand sanitizers throughout Skin Sational Spa for your convenience and safety.

To purchase a retail product, please let us know and the front desk will have it already for you prior to you leaving. 

  

 

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere. 

Children

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children must be 12 or older to receive Spa services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 16. Children under 12 may receive Salon services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 12 who are not receiving Salon services may not be in our Spa waiting room, Spa waiting areas or service areas at any time. 

OTHERWISE WE WILL NEED TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT AND SAME CHARGES WILL APPLY. 

Payments: There is no deposit required for services. Payments are made by credit/debit card, cash after your service.

Prices and services are subject to change at any time.

   

 Gratuities: Your spa treatment does not include gratuities, Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.  

 

Treatment Room/Services 

jewelry/Valuables: If possible, please leave your jewelry and valuables at home as you will not need it for your day spa visit. However, if you such items, be mindful of not leaving them behind in treatment rooms.   

Communicating your Preferences: All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, type of music, table temperature, and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Feel free to ask questions. Your therapist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have.   

Modesty Concerns: It is never required that you are unclothed in front of anyone at our day spa. Towels and wraps are provided and can keep you covered.  

What to Wear during Your Treatment: If you are having a treatment for the first time, feel free to ask the receptionist or Esthetician how you should be dressed for treatment. We want to make sure that you are comfortable, so please let us know if you have questions. Body Treatments such as body scrubs or body wraps we ask that you bring with you a two piece bathing suit or swim trunks, if unable to bring a bathing suite please bring (Women a bra with no underwire and underwear that you feel comfortable getting wet or product on.

 

This is a Professional Spa Establishment: Our trained estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are sold in $5 increments, except at the online store where they are sold for various set amounts. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be used for gratuities.
