This peel Includes mini facial and pore clean out. Salicylic acid, a light amount sloughy, and possibly no visible peeling. Salicylic is considered a superficial peel. It can penetrate through the Stratum Corneum, the Stratum Granulsome, and possibly into the Stratum Basale layer at higher strengths. Peeling should be completed within 2-4 days. You may experience some dryness but very little downtime is associated with this acid more like  "social downtime". 

The absence of flaking does not mean that this acid isn't working though. Flakes are not necessary for changes to occur within the skin, especially with this acid the primary goal is to liquify the trapped oil beneath the layers of the skin. Many people will find this type of acid treatment becomes a monthly necessity to help control excessive sebum production.
